Betsy Thurston is a dietitian and integrative nutritionist serving clients in Atlanta, Marietta, and Roswell Georgia (GA). After months of binge eating, I knew I needed help. Finding Betsy was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Upon first consultation, I knew I had found a person that I would connect with. Betsy never judged or made me feel discouraged in any way. I always left our sessions feeling empowered and ready to overcome this issue of mine. Even after a "falling off the track moment" she encouraged me to continue on. A year later, my life will be forever changed. I started working with Betsy because a lifetime of following the diet of the moment had me confused about what kinds of foods are really healthy. Not only did she help me get straight about what foods my diet should include, she really helped me get to the root of the issues and thought patterns that got me here in the first place. The tools she gave me helped me start to turn it all around and develop a healthy relationship with food. I'd recommend her to anyone!
