I am a Registered Dietitian and co-author of "Un-Dieting, Undoing the Diet Mentality and Staying Fit Forever". located in the South Bay. I specialize in Weight Management, Eating Disorders, Diabetes, Heart Disease and nutrition for ADHD. I provide an empowering 8 week workshop that supports clients to reach their wt mgt goals as well as blood sugar mgt.

I have been the primary nutrition consultant to the Motion Picture & TV Fund Wellness Program and lead nutrition advisor to Health and Fitness Journal. My clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, professional sports teams as well as Olympic and professional athletes.
