So.... I'm the guy that never takes time out to write a review, nor complain for that matter, but in this case I felt compelled to share my experience. I've had this misconception and have been for as long as I can remember anti chiropractics, believing that any sudden, abusive or jarring movement to the muscular or skeletal structure couldn't possibly offer any positive effect on the body. Recently, in performing a simple household chore and moving in just the wrong way I found myself crunched over with an agonizing pain in my lower back like I've never experienced in all my life! To no avail with every effort I became desperate for any relief at any cost. Humble pie never tasted so good! Locating the wellness center was my saving grace and from the moment of my initial call, through my consultation and continued treatments I must admit that I impressed by the professionalism and empathy by both the supporting staff and doctor as well. My brief education as to how the process would work and what would be required on my part to resolve my issue was quite enlightening. Not once was I snapped or cracked ( though I did hear something pop-providing added relief ) but contrary to my misconceptions was that I was gently and carefully treated with several types of treatment that in a short few visits not only relieved my pain but prepared me to be proactive in avoiding any reoccurrence of my issue. Always a pleasant experience. Jessica at the front desk does a great job making you feel welcomed and keeping things organized. After working in a medical office, I've found how truly important an efficient front desk is and they well exceed that and thensome! The staff - T and Bridget are just great and very professional. They've never made me feel like just another patient. Dr. Freeman has a terrific bedside manner, gives updates as he's doing adjustments and always makes the next steps clear. I've recommended them to coworkers and friends and will continue too! I've always had issues with my neck and upper back and finally have relief!
