Dr. Haley is a wonderful OB/GYN. My appointments never get canceled last minute and the office staff telephones to remind me of upcoming appointments. He is extremely reliable. He makes an extra effort to get to know his patients and find out what they need as individuals. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth control and have been allowed to choose what is right for me. Dr. Haley is both professional and friendly. I have noticed the new office building on Dupont was designed and constructed with particular attention to detail. The building handicap-accessible and the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors being wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. I can tell they really made an extra effort to accommodate people with different needs. Women's Health Advantage does not always adhere to the customer is right policy. They have very stringent office policies and do not appear to be flexible with financial matters. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes in the past, it doesn't happen very often. The office staff is not particularly friendly at the Jefferson Office but the other offices appear to be much more amicable. I recommend the Dupont Office and the satellite offices for a more pleasant overall interaction.
