I needed a new endocrinologist due to the fact that my last one did not seem to listen to me and how I was actually feeling- she just looked and the numbers and told me I was fine.
Dr. Barron listened to my concerns about how I felt maybe my thyroid meds were too low and after my tests she let me up it and said if a little more is that I need to feel better then that's what my body may need. I am not a number, I am a person and its time that more doctors listen to how the patient feels and not say "your numbers look good so maybe its something you are doing".(so tired of that)
I do recommend this doctor if you are suffering from hypothyroidism - she is not a "synthroid only" doctor. I am on Armour and feel immensely better than when I was on synthetic thyroid which only has T4 in it.
Her staff may be newer than the older reviews here- I have had very pleasant people, from the receptionist to the nurse.

Was a patient for almost a year, never felt any beter, felt like all they wanted to do was keep me coming back to bill my insurance and could careless if I got any better....

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR.!!!!!

I was treated terribly by her staff / receptionist . Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation.
