Dr. Longstreet is an outstanding dietician whose methods go way beyond those of your regular "run of the mill" weight loss coach / nutritionist. Her system of laying a foundation and helping me to see the "why" made such an incredible difference in my efforts. In fact, her program is the first one that's actually ever worked for me! She is always there for support and assistance when I've needed it - she has been a coach, an expert, a mentor, and a cheerleader throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone who truly wants to make a permanent change in their lifestyle.
