Dr Win is more courteous than almost all other doctors and will answer all your questions. He pays close attention to details and uses very special equipment to know your condition accurately. He inspires great confidence.

His waiting room is ALWAYS too crowded. I have see people standing in hallways. That is really bad. They should not make so many people together like that not even enough chairs for everybody. Even if you have appointment, it will take a long time to get in. Even though Dr. Win is a fine man and truly cares for his patients when he gets to them, waiting room situation is just not acceptable and I dont think I go back too many times more.

Dr Win is very experienced, very knowledgeable, very attentive to detail.
The office environment is very impersonal until one sees a doctor. Everyone is polite and knows their business, but I felt like a piece in an assembly line passed from one station to another. The waiting room is small and crowded, the wait is long, and often one will go from the 'outside' waiting room, through a screening, to another 'internal' waiting room. Thank god I own a kindle.

I'll go back to the office -- Dr Win is very good. I just won't enjoy the wait.
