They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
