I was not satisfied with my visit. They were not helpful and I did not leave feeling encouraged. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Dr. Hoover is a great pain doctor. Answers all of my questions, takes time with me. Very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to everyone.
