Having a background of 15 years as a RN in the Intensive Care Unit, she understands trauma in a way most therapists lack, and she has a knowledge of medications that exceeds most therapists. Here training in therapy involved several different modalities, and I have experienced her bringing several of them to bear on my problems. And she is simply an expert in EMDR which is the best modality I have ever experienced in dealing with anxiety and depression. Plus, she has a love for her patients, an accepting atmosphere that is safe, and real insights. I have been significantly healed by her treatments.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. (wouldn't you for $125 dollars an hour) Judy Speaks lacked 4 things from being a good counselor. She does not read people well, She had no knowledge with BPD, terrible listener and extremely nervous, clearing her throat all the time and fidgeting. If you're reading this Judy, STOP TEXTING during a $125 an hour counseling appointment.
