I don't feel like she listened at all. Time after time she would repeat information back incorrectly and interrupt with what she thought we were going to say. She was always incorrect in her assumptions. I believe it became very biased because she didn't ask questions,she assumed answers. Even she was aware on some level of her bias as she said twice during the session "I'm not picking sides." It also felt like she had a very cliched checklist that she based her comments off of. I would not recommend her.
