She gave me a book that was more helpful than our sessions. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I feel like my appointments were pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. She pushed anti-depressants on me the first time we met, yet the book she gave me informed me of alternatives, and insists medication is a last resort. After our last session, I needed a Xanax. I call that counter-productive.
