I hired Deborah. Later i found out she has no business supervising kids , because she has no kids or grandkids. Individual is Narcissistic and all about invoicing you junk fees on top of an ongoing rate per hour. I thought she might be a good fit to manage the supervised visits for my daughter. Deborah
could not do anything of the sort. She was mean and bombastic. She pushed things way too fast and was always demeaning, even saying at one point she was also a scientist that was an expert about bug larva. Anyway, few months later my family ended up back in court to undo the damage Deborah Riehl had caused and it was finally reveled by the child counselors that Deborah Riehl had dismissed many obvious problems. The court acknowledged Deborah Riehl mistakes and fixed the problems. It was appalling and very unprofessional at a time we needed a real professional help. Besides her rates going up every month( junk fees, shed expect you to purchase breakfasts, lunches and misscalenioys items during the visits. Her contract is some 20 pages of nonsense of what is expected of you. After firing Bright Beginnings from Everett Wa, I found agency that is 250.00 cheaper per month, has manager , owner, actual person that does proper invoicing, does a better job and doesn't note how long you were in a restroom for, if she heard you washing your hands , volume of your tv and if your house is to hot. I have read other reviews from similar customers and it seems she doesn't learn anything from supervising complaints . She still acts as if she is in a correctional facility Officer. Be careful!!! if you let go of her in midst of a divorce, her last notes will change drastically in a favor of a full custody parent.

Unprofessional and extremely bias. Did not provide policies upon 6 request. Documented incorrectly on several notes. Unforgettably distressed an already stressful situation. Does not communicate well. Very rude.
