They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
