Horrible. The secretary is rude and gossips right in front of clients. The company is poorly ran and doesn't care about the patients needs. They can't keep employees and you have a new therapist every few months. I am smarter than the person who provided me with services. The Dr charges for 15 mins and keeps you no more than 3 minutes!

I have been to several other providers in the area and ACE is great! They take medicare and really try to accommodate your needs. They have handicap access in the front and back of the building, so BARTA can drop you off at both. They have a strict medication policy and do not want people just coming in for medicine. That is good, because I went to a doctor in Reading who would just give out prescriptions without even knowing your name. I can see where the staff get frustrated because some of the clients are really rude. I have read the reviews on this site and do not agree. The negative reviews must be done by people who did not comply with treatment or wanted their benzos!
