Only "real" vet in East Texas in Our opinion. Do not have to ROB a bank to visit Spencer Vet.Clinic. More than 1 vet. on site to handle My needs for My three Shih Tzu's.. We drive from Longview and Past several vets. to get to Dr. Spencer or Dr. Pierce and their techs.
