They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. I know that any pet would benefit from their care. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
