I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I have been to every vet office in Sevier County, and I believe Dr. Dennis is the most knowledgeable vet in the area. He is compassionate and concerned about the animals and their people! He uses his experience to aid him in diagnosing without always running very expensive tests. He does recommend testing when helpful, though. Everyone at the office understands how much we love our animal companions. The office does not look like a state-of-the-art facility, but he is able to do more testing in-house than more high-tech LOOKING offices in town. When I feel the situation is urgent, they always work me in. I also have a kitty who does not ride well, and Dr. Dennis has been willing to work with us on sending meds home when appropriate. I truly feel that he and his staff have my and my animals' best interests at heart! (Some OTHER vet clinics have given the impression that making money is their first priority!)
