They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need.
It's obvious that they are very experienced at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. i definitely felt that I was under the care of a professional.
