I have been going to this place for a while when they all of a sudden gave me Lenny Toi PA-C. This guy is rude and doesn't explain anything to you. The first time he seen me he wanted to to bring in my medical record so I went to the doctor and my doctor said that I needed to sign a release form to as what Lenny wanted so I went to my next appointment to Lenny and told him this. What he told me if he doesn't get this he can not refill my medication. So I sign the release form. One month later I went to the appointment and the first thing I ask was did you get my medical record you ask for. He look up on the computer and said no. Then he said that he can't give me my refill. I ask him what can I do next and he toss (not handed) me this paper and said they will help you. Then he walk out of the room. Didn't even waited for me to ask anymore question. The three time that I had him he really wouldn't talk or answer any question. I went to my doctor and was told they sent what he was asking for. I will make it a point to not ever see Lenny again.

I have been going to Seattle Pain Center in Everett for about 5 years. I had the best Dr. Jeanine Godec. She was very professional and caring. She helped me for many years and we had a very good relationship. She helped me through my pain and treated me as a person and friend. One day when I went in for my appointment with Jeanine, they gave me a new Dr. Lenny Tol. Right away he was snippy with me and accused me of selling my meds. I requested to never see him again, and my next appointment was with Jeanine. I thought something was going on when she told me that she knew that I was not cheating. Two weeks later I got a call that Dr. Lenny Tol wanted me to take my meds to the pharmacy for a pill count. I got on it right away, and watched my pharmacist count and send a fax to him. The next business day I was called and dismissed from their care. Dr. Tol said I did not do as ask, was the reason I was dismissed. I called my pharmacy and they had sent the fax and had the confirmation. This guy had a problem with me and cost me the best Dr. I have ever had. Do not see Dr. Lenny Tol...I just hope it doesn't affect the good Dr. Jeanine Godec...she is as good as gold.
