They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

. I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and they are the best I've ever seen. I travel 1 1/2 hours each way. In all my years of having pets, I must have seen over 20 vet clinics. None were as compassionate, state-of-the-art or knowledgeable as the vets here. I have a pet skunk who fell and injured her spine. She was immediately paralyzed and incontinent. I was devastated. Because she's a skunk, she can't have drugs like other animals. Dr. Karin has pretty much saved her life. She used chiropractic on her and after a few months, Amelia is no longer incontinent and can use 3 out of 4 limbs. She's also no longer in pain. Her last limb is progressing very nicely and she should be on all fours very soon. Without Karin, I would have had to put her down. They are knowledgeable about just about every kind of animal. Their rates are the best I've come across. Even sitting in the waiting room, I speak with people who come from all over to see Karin. They tell me how their pets lives were saved. All are grateful.. I love it there!!!!!!!!!
