He told me he was an expert but seemed out of touch with regulations for POST. The guy went above and beyond to tell me how he was an expert in his field and had been doing this for XX years. He would ask me a question and then talk over me as I answered. Very strange way to evaluate someone. I would not reccomend this guy for any evaluations. Oh, by the way, the building was not handicap-accessible and smelled old.
