She made sure every single question I had was answered, and has always been available if I think of any more questions I want answered. She is by far one of the best I've ever seen in her field. It was obvious that she has been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Her office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've visited. I was able to relax very easily. I could tell that she took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. She has been so easy to reach in an emergency, she answers my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on her to always be there for me when I need her the most.
She is however firm and assertive and takes no bull shit or excuses, which I like but some people might take issue with. She's less of a 'Let's just talk about your feelings all day' type and more of a 'Let's get-r-done' action oriented type (which isn't to say she doesn't acknowledge the importance of your feelings or listen to them). She expects you to work hard, but is fair and willing to listen, apologize, and change, if she's wrong.
