No I had the same thing from Kish. concerning a needed perscription, needed by a child and was refused because the doctor was 20 mins away.... it is redicuous!

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I'm still upset because of how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I felt like I was in there a week. Not only did they rush my appointment, they practically hurried me out the door. They only wanted my money, they didn’t care about me.

Apparently they are unable to do IVs. I know, I thought a hospital would be able to do them, too. However they refuse to give necessary IV steroids to an MS patient as prescribed by her doctor because he's a neurologist based in Elgin instead of in DeKalb. If a hospital won't do their job of keeping people healthy what is it even there for?
