Receptionist was a complete BITCH! She would interrupt and speak over without listening, then said she was just going to hang up. The VA has sent multiple request for my record there, I simply called to see if they had received the request. Before I could even get that out she says we have 30 days to submit your records, and we have yours, without even asking my name or checking. I then tried to explain to her that it has been 28 days since she received the request from the VA. Again as I was trying to simply say that she would speak louder and repeat what she already said, then added I need to check with Dr. Williams to see if your file is even on site and if not he would have to get it from storage. I tried to ask if that would be accomplished in 2 days?, because that is when the 30 days would be. She dropped the phone to the desk, picked it up several seconds later and would not speak until I asked her multiple times. I tried to start over with her and she threatened to hang up. I asked to speak to her manager and she there is none. I then asked for Dr. Williams to call me back which she sarcastically took my number, saying I'll be glad to give it to him I am not worried amongst other sarcastic statements. Total nonprofessional!

Dr. Williams and Staff are very professional and I did not have to wait for my appointment. They made me feel at ease from my first contact with them. I felt good with a live person answering the telephone and setting an appointment for me to come in for my appointment.
Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable in all areas pertaining to my appointment. He was able to give options and methods of handling a situation for me to make an inform choice and decision. I have referred others and would not hesitate to refer others to Dr. Williams for Counseling and Therapy.
