Learned more in one session that a year with other therapist. Dr. Mason is very bright, experienced and helpful. I learned ways to deal with my stress, anxiety and depression. She gives you tools that are very helpful. I learned my thinking messes me up more than the actual problem. She helps you stop negative thinking and get on with life. I am so much happier and I owe it all to Dr. Mason. Thank you!
