I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was really easy for me to get an appointment with them. I didn’t have to wait long. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed.
