Dr. Kushler does not have the capacity to do the job that is required of her. She clearly is not an objective listener and after seeing her over 5 years ago, I will never forget the report that she filed during my divorce. I hope that she has not continued to ruin other family's lives based on her inability to process information correctly.

Run.....It's this writers opinion that she should find a new career...she was not capable of listening to both sides of the story and being impartial....Every text message and facebook message backing up what was being said was presented to her....Dr. Kushler couldn't be bothered to read any of the evidence to make an accurate decision. In fact, Dr. Kushler lied to CPS and the courts. A formal complaint will be made. It amazes me that the courts would recommend this person to put a child's future in her hands.
