I have to bring my child to this place for a second time, It seems John has become more tolerable, but his staff is just ridiculous, I fear for my child. I hate sitting in the waiting room forced to listen to loud music, I feel the parents who have to sit in the waiting room have the right to know whats going on. It isn't our fault our children have to come to this place, We should know whats going on, whats being said what isn't being said. They also make no effort in building a relationship with the parent and child, they just play. I hate this place. please also have the foundation checked.

I was forced to go to this awful place by Mary Kay Neumann recently. It is dirty and gross. John's Neumann's wife is Mary Kay Neumann and works for all the Judges in the Oakland County Court. It is a scam and the Judges give John Neumann all the supervised visits because Mary Kay does favors for them so her husband can get the business. This must go public and have these Judges and Mary Kay stopped. Besides the fact John is a very bitter, mean and two-faced man. Do not trust a word he says. He will turn and stab you in the back any chance he gets. Beware of John and Mary Kay Neumann. Mary Kay is also a very mean person. Her looks are scary and she is so old and grumpy she needs to retire soon! John will say you are doing bad in your visits just to keep you coming back and make money off of you. He runs the visits as a cash business and we all know why. He claims he is a psychologist and he is not. He is a social worker. He claims he does therapeutic visits and it is a joke. He sits in a corner saying nothing so there is no therapy involved. Then after months and months he says lets move to supervised visits, lowers the price and then continues to sit in the corner and do nothing. This business must be shut down!
