Don was completely committed to helping me as long as it took to find the best solution. He proved that he would not back out or give up when a solution wasn't reached immediately, I felt so blessed at how considerate and concerned he was for my well-being. His advice was always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound and helpful. He paid close attention to me stuck with me to the end.
