if your goal is to find an honest useful child best interest evaluator who is paying attention to details and who would really spend time to investigate which parent better fits to be a residential parent then this practice is not a good choice. This doctor is a good businessman. He is over loaded with cases and only worries about how to make more money and invest less time into each case to make it more profitable. Even he would tell you it's natural to have one party always unhappy with his work, be careful not to become that unhappy party.

I was asked to provide a large payment upfront. After I paid, it was very difficult to get in contact with Dr. Rosenbaum and my phone calls were almost never returned. For the few visits I made, he was late and spent time talking on the phone to other people. He paid little attention to me and charged me even more money at the end, even though he provided no useful service. When I tried to contact him he was often very rude.
