They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. She does not know what she's doing. She was apparently going throuogh a divorce and did not help us AT ALL b/c of her own problems.

They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their clients. They still can't even remember my name. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. It was really difficult to get an appointment with them. I became very frustrated.
