Unethical and unprofessional. She missed several appointments as we waited for her several times at her office with no shows, no calls unless we contacted her....as we waited to hear from her on many occasions. She abandoned us as she decided to close her practice without providing us with referrals. Now she is trying to collect payments when I should charge her for all of the times we took time off and commuted for nothing!
