I suffered from Hashimotos for years. Using a well known integrative MD out of NYC at. $500 per visit I felt better but still had serious problems. I live in New Jersey and one day I felt desperate for a cure. I searched the Net and found Dr Haskill. We worked together using his principles and needed to up the ante as I was not getting well. He asked me if there was a chelation center in the area and I. Knew of one. I went and also received with Dr Haskill's advise iv Glutathione. The process was about 6 months. And it worked. That was about 5 years ago. I regurally have my thyroid checked. And have not had a relaps.

Some issues were explained thoroughly, but I felt Dr. Haskell listened only to the things I said that fit his interpretations. The very thorough take-in questionnaire impressed me, but it was soon evident that Dr. Haskell had barely looked at what I had spent a lot of time filling out. He was also unreliable following up with receipts so that I could try getting a partial reimbursement from my insurance (which didn't come through, although I've been able to get partial reimbursements with receipts I've submitted from other naturopath visits). The office was difficult to find, and hours were very odd--no staff, etc. Seemed like a very part-time operation. Dr. Haskell's book and videos on the topic might be good to examine, but based on my own visit, I would not recommend going to him for individual attention.
