I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I can't go into enough depth about how motivating this trainer is. They pushed me harder than anyone but stayed positive. I felt so supported and was really able to achieve my goals. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. This trainer does try to offer me medical advice, but they also recognize the fact that they do not have a medical degree. They are always happy to refer me to a doctor, but I don't think they should be dispensing medical advice in the first place. They were friendly and easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with them right away. It felt like I was working out with a friend that I'd known forever.
