Very nice office. The doctors; specifically Dr. Beckles is always friendly, down to earth and informative. Even the assistants are wonderful. I know that I'm under the care of an expert when in his chair.

My only issue is the front desk staff. They've screwed up appointment times twice. I called to confirm the time on my appointment card (which they fill out) and was told my appointment was not at that time, and the second incident was when the office manager made an appintment for me, so the day before I called to confirm and come to find out the front desk staff had deleted my appointment.

Outside of that, no issues or complaints. I would reccommend this office to anyone!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
