I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from, I was terrified of the procedure i MIGHT need and expressed this repeatedly. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or my feelings. I was treated like I was nothing, i left in tears from being treated terribly. I felt bullied and ignored. I also felt like this was a very generic and corporate type of operation, I never once was asked how i was or what i felt. I was also not given any real information regarding the risks associated with specific procedures, or my options-other than that in the form of a pamphlet. A pamphlet which I was discouraged from and/or teased about reading by the nurses and Dr. Clarizio, A pamphlet which I was given by the receptionist and never even told to read. NEVER ONCE did either the nurse or Dr. Clarizio, (or any other human for that matter) mention any of the risks or complications involved. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I refuse to return, and hope that this review can spare others from feeling the way i did. It was obvious to me that the only interest Dr. Clarizio had in me as a patient was only monetary gain. I spent 45 min in the office total and no more than 5 min were with a nurse, and 5 min with the Doctor.
