I would like to say I called the office for my fiance who had an infected/broken wisdom tooth, Dr Clark's office gave us the consultation the same day. After the consult Dr Clark scheduled the surgery for 2 days later at 10:00am. We were walking out of the office by 10:50 am. The doctor removed 2 cracked wisdom teeth under gen anesthesia. My fiance had no swelling, no pain and very little bleeding. Dr Clark did an awesome job and I would recommend him to everyone. The staff was very courteous, caring and polite.

I went for a simple wisdom tooth extraction (the tooth was fully grown and just needed to be pulled out) I have no problem with dentists, needles, etc. General anesthesia was unnecessary. Dr. Clark insisted I be put under, as sometimes Novocaine doesn't reach the infection (understandable) I explained I was frightened by anesthesia, as well as not needing it. As it turned out, I wasn't knocked out, only sedated, and had a numb mouth. (something that supposedly didn't work!)
Previously Dr. Clark extracted 1 molar and 1 wisdom tooth, the molar being broken and infected, using only Novocaine! However, I did not have dental insurance at that time, so basically I see this as just being money hungry. This has maxed out my insurance and I now have to pay for a $600 root canal I need, out of pocket. I also went to the consultation (not free) with x-rays from the day before my dentist took. He made me get more (not free)
Both appointments I was sent home with prescriptions, 1 being Vicodin (which makes me vomit) and the other Penicillin (which I'm ALLERGIC to) I voiced my frustrations about this, both times, and not offered other meds. We had just discussed my allergies PRIOR TO SURGERY.
Most of the staff were friendly, a few were anything but that. Last visit the assistant wore a sweatshirt.
Needless to say I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. DAVID CLARK, and I will complain to my insurance company how he milked them for NO REASON. And obviously, he does not care if his patients are frightened by anesthesia, in pain, or have any meds after the procedure.
Lastly, I waited 2 hours for my surgery.
