These reviews are a joke. Magazines? Waiting room? Whatever, Rischaria works out of a duplex in Savage near 42/Glendale. I got her Groupon for (2) massages. I was pretty shocked that she charged me the full retail TAX! The massage was OK, but it is difficult to book a session. She sends you to an on-line booking where only one day a week show as available. You pick a day/time and go to schedule and the booking site tells you that you need to call her. You call, leave a message, but there is no call-back.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
