Services I love help people change their lives. Many years ago when I emerged from a very rough childhood, some very good therapists helped me make some important changes in my life. In addition I am changed by almost every person I work with. These experiences have helped me overcome the internal forces that prevented me from becoming and achieving the things I most longed for. When we lose track of our selves we get stuck in depression, anxiety, compulsive behavior, bad relationships and ungratifying jobs. It is very gratifying to me to see people overcome. I love helping people in their own process to accomplish their own unique goals and identify the deepest longings of their hearts. I love helping them find the courage to make the changes they need to make to accomplish their goals. I love helping them make peace with their past so it no longer dictates their future.
