Kevin Osborne is such a phenomenal optometrist that when I couldn't find him at Valley Eye Care where he had been practicing, I went on a search for him. He is very congenial in addition to his expertise as a practitioner. I was so impressed with him, I have encouraged my husband and adult daughter to also schedule their appointments with him and his office. I am never put on hold when I call for an appointment, and they always send reminders so I don't forget to come in. The staff is very professional and helpful. The selection of frames is excellent and they are adept at ensuring they fit well before you leave the office.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
