I treat adolescents, adults and families struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, women's issues, relationship issues and other mental health concerns. My approach to therapy allows the clients to feel comfortable and safe in a nurturing, confidential and healing environment that provides optimal growth and change. The mode of therapy is eclectic with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapies proven to help treat mental health concerns, and focusing on the whole person, mind, body and spirit.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
