My husband had a stroke and was admitted into Health South immediately upon discharge from Methodist Hospital, an exceptional hospital by the way. And the rehab facility and all the therapist and assistants were phenomenal in their training to rehab people back from dibilitating illness and injury. They have a nurturing and caring bedside manner and absolutely love what they do and it shows. Dr. Colone was very nice and cheerful and very optimistic, which Also gave me hope that my husband would recover. My husband was walking after 2 wks of therapy and was able to groom himself and communicate. I owe these caring people at Health South and if I ever come into s windfall I know where I'm going to donate it to. Thank you Health South.

I was very satisfied with the care I received. The Physical and Occupational Therapy I received was well planned and coordinated so I was able to function much better with better balance and movement. The meals, for the best part, were delicious. The menu offered a good selection for each meal. The food was well prepared. A snack was always available and the coffee was always on. I enjoyed the 10 days I was in Rehab. The care and personal interest of the doctors, nurses, therapists,staff and aides was evident as each one did their best to make you comfortable andlet you know they cared for you.
