I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
