I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
