They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

If you want to know what Gracie Square is like, think rural Alabama in the 1940s. The payphones, the only way patients can communicate with family, don't work. The rooms are filthy (old abandoned underwear, cockroaches, blood on the floor, etc). The staff is unfriendly and uncommunicative. My friend, who is HIV positive, was checked in and told they couldn't give him the HIV medication he needs. I thought hospitals like this were closed in the late Fifties and early Sixties. It's a crime!
