The one thing I couldn't believe during my visit was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, no one seems to know anything, which is extremely frustrating. Communication between doctors, nurses, administration, and families is horrible! The care given here is minimal, patients are ignored for long periods of time.
