I mistakenly over-paid the ER Dr. $400 in March. As of today, $0 refund! I have e-mailed SB twice & their ER Dr. provider twice (Pegasus Emergency-Troy) & spoken with Pegasus 5 times, the latest today (7.12.11) & have yet to hear back from her! When I spoke to the rep at 1:54 she "was sorry I was upset with Pegasus and sbmc.My opinion, if you make a deal with the devil, as sbmc has, you reap what you sew! If possible, if you are taken to sbmc for emergency services, RUN, do not walk to the next closest hospital!!! Personally, I believe sbmc and/or pegusus is in financial trouble and I most likely will never see my money! Forwarned is forarmed!!!
