I had an excellent stay at Mercy and having a baby was a true joy there, however, I would never go back again after dealing with the incompetent business office. I sent them payment in full and despite having a copy of a cancelled check to mail them, they threatened to turn me into collections. They called everyday and were rude, disruptive, and unprofessional. It has ruined my entire experience with Mercy.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Put surgery off because they said they were understaffed, when i finally came in for surgery they were understaffed again, Dr. did not go over surgery, or what to do after surgery and when I a came out of surgery instead of putting me in post op the put me in holding and sent me home cause all the nurses had already left. Very unpleasant will avoid at any cost in future.
