They're not able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. . I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. As being pushed out after my stay a male nurse went to fast and my I-pad landed on the floor.i was released over a month ago and finally after calling 3 days in a row I get a call. And they said that's not how it happened. I told them to look at there video cameras and they will see what happened. """"" waiting for an answer?.i will update with what they do either way.
